Paul Toskin started his banking career in 1980 as an intern at Banc Ohio in Columbus Ohio doing country risk studies for the bank’s international lending group. He convinced the bank to hire him after he completed International Studies and German Bachelor of Arts degrees at Otterbein University.  In 1984 Paul joined Commerce Bank’s International Department, in Kansas City, and by 1994 moved to St. Louis to manage Commerce Bank’s international trade service office there. Paul has for many years now worked with companies throughout the Midwest to efficiently and safely source and sell products globally and manage risk associated with international trade. Paul currently serves on the Missouri District Export Council, and the advisory Board of the Boeing Institute of International Business at the John Cook School of Business , Saint Louis University.  Paul is also an instructor for the Chancellor's Certificate in International Trade sponsored by World Trade Center St. Louis and the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
