ADIPEC 2024 with LED and the Louisiana District Export Council

Back by popular demand for the 11th year, join the Louisiana booth at the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) taking place November 4-7, 2024 in Abu Dhabi, UAE. One of the largest global energy industry events, ADIPEC receives on average 180,000+ attendees and 2,200 exhibitors. NEW – Optional side mission to Saudi Arabia prior to ADIPEC. Details to be announced in June.

The cost to participate is $3,500 per company (excluding travel expenses and optional Saudi mission). These costs are reimbursable through the LED STEP grant* with prior approval and based on availability of STEP grant funding. This co-exhibit opportunity is first come, first served and limited to eight Louisiana companies. Once the maximum of eight companies has been met, new registrations will be added to a “wait list” in the event additional space becomes available. Companies must submit registration and payment, and have their eligibility confirmed by organizer.

Registration includes:

• Registration for 1 company representative
• Branded counter within the Louisiana-branded booth
• Listing in ADIPEC directory
• Meeting tables and electrical
• U.S. Pavilion benefits, including programming and amenities
• Individual consult session and on-site support with the U.S. Commercial Service
• Know Before You Go virtual advance meeting
• Special hotel rates with pre-arranged room blocks (pending)

Companies must submit registration and payment to confirm their participation:

1. Complete your registration online via Eventbrite.
2. Pay $3,500 via Eventbrite (plus service fee) or via check (plus service fee).
3. Email your high-resolution logo to Jessica.Steverson@la.gov
