Hotel Reservations
NADEC encourages you to reserve your hotel room as soon as possible as there will be multiple city-wide events in the week of May 20th that will dramatically increase hotel prices. NADEC has negotiated a discounted room rate at the Key Bridge Marriott for reservations completed until the May 1st. You will find Key Bridge Marriott in Arlington, a comfortable walk over the Key Bridge to Washington, D.C.’s famous Georgetown neighborhood; Rosslyn Metro station is just a few blocks away, enabling you to explore the area with ease. The negotiated room rate for May 20th through 23rd is $251 per night. Rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes at 13.25%.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation requested by the May 1st will be partially refunded after $45 processing & handling charge. No refund can be issued for cancellation requested after May 1st.
