Michael Dwiggins, who serves as a Lender Account Manager for the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM). In this role he assists financial institutions in utilizing EXIM products and capabilities for the maximum benefit of the banks and their customers.
Reginald Harley, who serves as an Export Finance Manager for the SBA Office of International Trade. He is responsible for assisting with marketing outreach, financial assistance, export insurance and referrals to other international trade resources. His region includes Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
