As a member of Cook’s Ethics & Compliance leadership team, Lloyd has global responsibility for group trade compliance policy and programs including export controls, trade sanctions, and import & customs compliance. Prior to his tenure with Cook, Lloyd served in trade compliance roles in the defense, aerospace, and laboratory equipment sectors, working extensively with classification and export licensing of dual-use commodities and technology, as well as military goods, technical data, and defense services. Lloyd is a licensed U.S. Customs Broker and a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS).
