Women-owned businesses and women entrepreneurs often face barriers to growth based on gender discrimination. Encouraging more women-owned businesses to work in international trade contributes to the potential to grow the U.S. economy.

This panel of successful women in international trade will discuss their background and experiences and provide advice to other women in the industry or looking to be in the industry. Speakers include:

  • Urszula Wojciechowska, President and Founder of the Global Business Alliance of New England (GBANE) & Women in World Trade New England (WWTNE), Ambassador at Coalition of NE Companies for Trade
  • Sheriah Johnson, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, NCR Atleos
  • Paula Murphy, Director, Massachusetts Export Center
  • Jane Ollerhead, Director, Business Banking at Capitol One
  • Debra Dudley, President at Oscarware, Inc.
