Biography: 
Robert Brown is Chair Emeritus of the National Assoc. of District Export Councils, and an attorney based in Louisville, Kentucky where he advises on trade, investments, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for U.S. companies and foreign companies’ operations in the U.S., including manufacturing, distribution, sales, retail and wholesale operations. For the past 20 years, he has worked closely with companies as an investment banker and attorney, serving both in-house and as an outside advisor.  Brown is admitted as an attorney in New York, Washington, D.C., California and Kentucky, and is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and in Hong Kong.  From 1991-1993 he was admitted as a foreign lawyer in Japan. He earned two PhD. Degrees; one from Cambridge University and the second from The London School of Economics and Political Science. He also has a Masters degree from Jochi University in Tokyo, and an Advanced Accounting Certificate from Bellarmine University.   Recently, he completed an LLM with merit in international law and development from the University of London. During three years of law school, he earned J.D., M.B.A. and Masters Degrees from the University of Louisville. 
Robert has taught law and economics courses at the law schools of the University of San Francisco and University of California Berkeley, as well as business plan, managerial finance and economic courses at the school of business of Bellarmine University. He is the author of many books, including:
